Refund policy
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items only, and these must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Return Requests
To initiate a return, please email us at support@teddyloft.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please examine your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can review the issue and offer a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or digital downloads
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned after the 7-day reporting window
- Items returned without original packaging or in used/altered condition
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to place a new order after the original item has been returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
